Serrano Ham

A famous Spanish product, the method of preserving pork through salting dates back to the Roman Empire and remains in use today. Made with the finest pigs in the country (though not Iberian black-hoofed), it is a delicious product, perfect to eat with bread for lunch or dinner, but also offers many possibilities for incorporation into culinary preparations.
