The black truffle from the Catalan Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenees is a mushroom with a longer life cycle than traditional mushrooms. It is highly prized in Spanish cuisine for its aroma and powerful flavour. It is usually used grated or in very thin slices to season dishes and sauces.

It is a very exclusive and difficult to obtain product that provides us with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins B2, B3, B9 and C.

Dried mushrooms have a long tradition in Spanish cuisine. These mushrooms have been dehydrated so that they can be preserved throughout the year. We have a wide variety of dehydrated mushrooms: boletus edulis, black trumpet mushrooms, morels, milk caps, chanterelles, fairy ring mushrooms, camagrocs, fredolics, llenegues, moixerons...

The price depends on the type of mushroom, but we also create mixes to suit all tastes.
