At Boixadera&Son, we offer a wide variety of organically grown potatoes for frying or boiling, such as the Gósol mountain potato, grown at the foot of the Pedraforca mountain in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees, the Odèn potato in Solsonès, the Camprodon potato, the La Vall d'en Bas potato... But above all, we highlight the Prades PGI potato, a Kennebec variety with smooth, hard, firm skin and a sweet flavour and high quality. It is especially used for stews.
